Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds can be offered. If you have inadvertently purchased a duplicate of an item, please contact us and we will be happy to exchange it for you.

If there is an issue with a product, which doesn’t happen very often, do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to fix your issue as quickly as possible.

Mostly the issues we see are;

• A fault in the image(s).
• Missing images in the file.
• The download is not the same as shown in the preview.
• You can’t extract the images from the Zip file. Usually that is a problem on your end. There are YouTube videos on the subject which can help you. Try those first.

Yup! That happens. Almost always it is a problem on your end of things.

Internet Gremlins, UGH!  But there are always simple solutions.

Such as;

• Emptying your browser cache
• Your browser “timed out” because of the file size, your fire wall, etc, due to it’s settings. 
• You might try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE, etc)
• Restarting your computer might work.
• Checking your Internet Speed / Connection

Sometimes its the little things that mess it up! If still you cant’t download, contact us.

We are in the business of providing the best graphics possible for your creative products.

When you to register on our site, any information we ask of you is so we comply with the local tax regulations in your region or country.

Your personal information will NEVER be shared with any other private or commercial entity.

Your most sensitive financial information is masked from us through the Industry Standard payment gateways we use to conduct our business: Paypal, Visa, Stripe, MasterCard, etc …

Once you have made your purchase, and your payment has been processed, either by PayPal or through Stripe, access to your chosen products is immediately made available to you, so you may download them.

You can find them by clicking on the DOWNLOADS section of your My Account Page.

After your purchase is complete, you may print out your transaction with all the product details and taxes paid etc. which are displayed in your checkout section.

We do not send out invoices as a rule, unless it involves special custom orders.

The cost of custom design work is always a question of time and how complicated the project maybe.

Most custom work usually has a 5 to 7 day turn around.

As is the nature with custom design work, Whatever the arrangements and costs are, well they are of course custom.
